Ordering.
Do you ship outside New Zealand?+
Right now we ship within New Zealand. International is on the roadmap; reach out if you’re trade.
When will my order arrive?+
Urban: 1–3 working days. Rural: 3–5. We pack in Blenheim and dispatch every day.
Can I send a gift?+
Yes: add a gift note at checkout. We pack with kraft paper and a handwritten card. No prices visible.
The Case Club.
Can I skip a month?+
Yes: log in any time before the drop date and skip, swap, or cancel. No fees.
What if I don’t like a wine?+
Tell us. We’ll swap it on the next case, no questions asked.
How are wines selected?+
The cellar team picks each month’s case based on what’s pouring well and what’s about to drop.
Wine.
How long will these wines age?+
Most Estate wines are made to drink now. Landmark and 1203 will hold 5–8 years. Library bottles 10+.
Are your wines vegan?+
Most are vegan-certified. Each product page lists fining agents and certifications.
Sustainability?+
Yes: every vineyard we draw from is Sustainable Winegrowing New Zealand certified, and Mount Fishtail is built on it.
Returns.
A bottle arrived faulty.+
Email hello@mistycovewines.com with a photo. We’ll replace or refund, your call.
Can I return wine I changed my mind about?+
NZ alcohol regulations are tight. We can’t accept opened or temperature-damaged returns, but reach out and we’ll work it out.
