MOUNT FISHTAIL
Sur Lie Sauvignon Blanc
V.2025
Marlborough
Bright aromas of citrus, passionfruit and guava, lifted by subtle notes of lemongrass and fresh herbs. Crisp acidity and vibrant fruit with a clean mineral edge; six months on lees adds weight, softness and a savoury thread, finishing long, elegant and refreshingly textural.

"Fresh, yet tropical. Ripe, yet green. The whole schbang."

from the cellar,
Harvested before dawn from our vineyards, where seasonal work from pruning through to harvest is focused on achieving low yields and concentrated fruit. After gentle pressing and cold settling, fermentation takes place in stainless steel to capture freshness. The wine then spends six months on lees, building mid-palate weight, creaminess and refined textural layers.
